Employer Health

Healthcare waits for you to realize something is wrong. Cordato doesn’t.

Cordato brings continuous, proactive medicine to your workforce: a working product your people choose for themselves, and an Employer Health program set up around your benefits and, where you have them, your clinics.

The privacy boundary

An employer can pay for Cordato without getting the employee’s Cordato.

The individual owns their record and decides what is shared.

Cordato for employers at a glance

What Cordato is

A personal health intelligence system built around one person.

It notices what’s changing, remembers what came before, and connects what usually stays separate. Built for iPhone and free for individuals, with the watches, rings, cuffs and scales people already use feeding in through Apple Health.

What exists today

A working product. A program you shape.

The employee-facing Cordato product is built, in use and free for individuals on iPhone, with its App Store release coming soon and Android to follow; the Employer Health program around it is set up with each employer.

What the employer receives

Participation reporting only.

Employer reporting is limited to participation and program operations, never individual health information.

Why an employer would consider it

Benefits work in moments. Health changes between them.

Screenings, annual physicals and on-site clinics each capture a moment. Between them, a person’s health can start to change before anyone, including that person, realizes it matters.

Cordato keeps watching between those moments, and knows when it’s time to come looking for the employee.

Continuity

Between the moments your benefits cover

Cordato is the 365-day continuity layer between “we measured something” and “someone acted before it became a crisis.”

Built around you

A program fitted to your benefits

Enrollment, distribution, reporting and terms are set with each employer, around a product that already exists.

The employee experience · built and in use

What a team member would actually use.

Their own baseline. Cordato compares what’s happening with their own history and baselines, not population averages.

  • Today

Today. When something changes, Cordato surfaces it to the person: something changed, what needs their confirmation, what was also recorded.

  • Journeys

Journeys. An episode followed from start to resolution, recognizing when something similar happens again.

  • Doctor Visit

Doctor Visit. Captures the visit, transcribes it on the device, and saves a summary only after they approve it.

  • Emergency brief

Emergency brief. Someone helping them can scan a QR code on their phone or Apple Watch to see the information they choose to share. Recorded information, not live monitoring; Cordato does not contact emergency services.

Illustrative interface and data.

Dr. Roboto. An assistant, not a doctor. It explains their health context and does not diagnose.

Privacy architecture

Participation, never health information.

Privacy boundary diagram. On one side, the side that holds individual health information: the person, Cordato, and their own clinicians. A boundary with no employer access role for individual records. On the other side: the employer, which receives participation and operational reporting set with each employer; privacy-protected, aggregate program insight is what comes next.

What the employer receives

  • Participation and operational reporting only.
  • How reporting works, including suppressing small groups, is set with each employer.
  • Employer-sponsored memberships are ad-free.

What the employer never receives

  • Individual health information. Cordato is designed so that an employer never receives it.
  • An access path to anyone’s record. There is no employer access role for individual records in the system.

If an on-site or employer-associated clinician takes part, it is only as the employee’s own care provider, with the employee’s consent, and separate from HR and Benefits.

Two starting points

A different kind of employee health benefit, wherever you’re starting.

If you already invest

Already investing in employee health?

Cordato is designed to connect the moments between your existing screenings, visits and programs into a more continuous personal health story for each person who chooses to use it.

If you’re starting new

Starting something new?

Cordato offers a different starting point: personal health intelligence that can grow with each employee, without requiring an existing corporate screening program.

Either way, people use the iPhone and devices they already have, and the care they already receive. Cordato doesn’t replace clinicians, screening or care, and the program around it is set up with each employer.

Alongside the care people already have

Healthcare measures moments. Cordato keeps the thread between them.

It doesn’t replace clinicians, screening or care.

  1. Measurement

    Moments that already happen

Annual physicals, labs and screenings, plus on-site or near-site clinics and programs where an employer offers them.

  2. Intelligence

    Cordato

A longitudinal health story for each person who chooses to use it, compared with their own history.

  3. Intervention

    The people who act

The person’s own clinicians, including an on-site clinic, where an employer has one, when it acts as their care provider and with their consent. Cordato is building the Cordato Clinical Network: physicians and practices who can act on what Cordato notices.

Cordato shows the person what changed, and the person can record what they did. Clinician review is built and tested: with the person’s approval, a connected clinician reviews what Cordato noticed and records what they did, and the person sees when they have.

Benefits economics

Remote monitoring showed what happens when healthcare looks between visits. Cordato brings the whole health story into view.

Care usually starts when someone realizes something is wrong. Remote patient monitoring showed what can happen when it doesn’t have to wait: when information from between visits reaches clinicians who can act on it, hospital stays have fallen and lives have been saved in the patients studied.

Cordato builds on that foundation and widens it: from a monitoring program around one condition to a person’s whole, continuing health story.

The employer questionConnect the moments that already happen

  1. Screenings, visits and clinics capture important moments
  2. Connected information makes change visible between them
  3. Recognized early and acted on clinically, change can matter

Cordato brings the moments people already have, from visits and labs to any screenings and clinics you fund, into one continuous health story for each person. That continuity is what an Employer Health partnership sets out to build with you, and participation and operational reporting shows how the program is being used.
